It all starts by listening and learning. Once we receive an inquiry, our next step is scheduling an discovery call. During this one hour discovery call, we ask specific questions to help pinpoint what is important to achieve your unique vision.

Our next step depends on a variety of factors and the urgency of the request. We discuss service options based on your specific needs and budget. Here in NC, or abroad, we have a fantastic network of trusted partners we enjoy work alongside us to create experiences you won’t forget.

The last step? We reflect.
Every experience with our clients is different, and the vendors involved change based on what our clients are looking for. In the weeks following your service, we setup one last client meeting to debrief, and maybe just maybe talk about the next “project” we can help with.
